Buying and Selling Real Estate is a big deal. We need to treat it that way!
Too often I’ll read that a 4plex is a “cash-cow” or a “great investment” – and you follow up to find out – it only returns cash if you invest $500,000 into it. And then the returns aren’t actually very good.
Let’s make some real comparisons! I have looked at thousands of properties – I am able to compare a property for sale against this database of information. Let’s eliminate some of guess work out of answering, “Is this a good investment?”
